Jay - Cool Guy (Men's Health) Korea Competition

Back to July,  when Men's Health Korea contest held, contestant No.9 - Jay (Korean name must be Bak Jea Min) - had a very impressive performance in this competition. Even though he didn't win the highest award (became the Men's Health face of ) but Jay (at least) created his unforgettable impression with strong wide beautiful shoulder, perfect chest, and a manly face. After this contest, it seems Jay stopped his modeling ambition (not very much information of him in Korea) but he is a potential rapper. And this post is all photos of him in Cool Guy. Enjoy!

Does this sit up make me look Fat?

The remnants of gym and PE classes all over the country, sit ups are slowly going out of fashion as more and more people discover new methods to work out the abdominal muscles. A traditional sit up actually can do more harm than good, since ninety-nine percent of everyone exercising does it incorrectly. As they are “sitting up” they distend the belly, forcing the stomach muscle out, and creating a “gorilla” belly, a strong sheath of highly developed pooch. This defeats the entire purpose of a sit up, which is supposed to shrink the stomach and create four to six pack abs.

A better method to develop the abdominals is the plank. The plank is a Pilates move where you adopt the basic push up position and hold it, sucking the belly button up toward the spine. Sounds easy, but after a ten-fifteen count, you’ll be sucking wind. Rest your weight on your elbows and toes and fight gravity. Switch to the side plank, which holds the weight on one forearm while the other reaches for the sky. Again, squeeze the abdominal muscles in and hold tight for a ten-fifteen count. The plank can also be performed while standing, just suck in your stomach and clench it for a twenty count.

The plank works the stomach sheath across the whole abdominals instead of just the front muscles and is a great way to start working on a slim set of six pack abs.

He`s cute in a rugged sort of way, you caught his eye as you entered the room, instant chemistry flows causing a stirring below. Two hours later, hands have brushed thighs, cheeky stories have been shared, bums have been touched but just as the excited anticipation of the next few hours has crossed your mind so has the apprehension that Mr Unpredictable may misbehave yet again, and later true to form, your temperamental friend again seems to have mind of his own and lets you down.

Does this sound familiar? If so then you have experienced what most men, at sometime in their sensual encounters have also experienced. God forbid that you have problem, of course not! and yet just when you want things to go to plan, they don’t and frustration and embarrassment rule the day.

I have been working as a Psycho-Sensual Masseur for 4 years and Sex Therapist for 2 years and at least 40% of the clients I see have come to me with what I believe is the most common and least understood or dealt with performance problem, properly called Situational Erectile Dysfunction and the myth is that it mainly effects men over 40, this is not the case. Why?  

Because it’s often not frustrating enough to make you go to the Doctor, your ego forbids you from using herbal or chemical aids and embarrassment stops you talking about it to a friend. So most just hope for the best and pray that when the time comes Mr Unpredictable will behave.

But first I will explain the complexities of diagnosis because before one can begin to investigate the individual problem one has to know what the problem actually is.

Not getting or not maintaining an erection can fall in to 5 main categories, some will be driven by physiological causes others by psychological some by a combination of both. They are:-

Primary: when the man has never been able to achieve an erection. This represents approximately 10% of cases of erectile dysfunction.

Secondary: when the man has had erections in the past, but can no longer achieve or maintain an erection. This is traditionally has been viewed as the most common type of erectile dysfunction.

Situational: Much more common than research reveals ,when the man can only achieve an erection in particular situation or with a particular person. For example, he is able to achieve an erection with an extramarital partner, but not his usual partner, or vice-versa. One of the most common scenarios for situational erectile dysfunction is the first time a man tries to have sexual intercourse with someone new

Total: when the lack of erection is complete.

Partial: when there is a degree of erection, but it insufficient to allow sexual intercourse.

In this Blog I want to hear from anyone who experiences any of the above and who has either not sought advice or those that the treatment they are receiving is not working and I will do my best to give you a better understanding of what is going on, why and how to make Mr Unpredictable reliable!

What Are The Health Risks of Using Steroids?

While this is a pretty simple question that requires an in-depth answer, we’ll do our best to give you some basic information about these risks… Some of the main side effects of anabolic steroid abuse are trembling, severe acne, fluid retention, aching joints, high blood pressure, lower HDL (the “good” form of cholesterol), jaundice, and liver tumors.



Also, people who inject steroids with shared needles run the risk of contracting or transmitting hepatitis or HIV, the virus that causes AIDS…. so NEVER share needles!!!! Other side effects include: For Men: shrunken testicles, reduced sperm count, impotence, infertility, baldness, development of breasts, difficulty or pain in urinating, and an enlarged prostate.

 
For Women: growth of facial hair, changes in or cessation of the menstrual cycle, enlargement of the clitoris, deeper voice, and smaller breasts. For Adolescents: premature skeletal maturation and accelerated puberty leading to stunted growth. Studies have shown that extreme steroid abuse can cause wide mood swings including uncontrolled anger and aggressiveness that can lead to violent episodes. Users often become clinically depressed when they stop taking the drugs – a withdrawal symptom that may contribute to long-term dependence (This is why we encourage anyone considering steroid use to implement an appropriate post-cycle therapy program to combat these issues). Active users also may experience paranoid jealousy, extreme irritability, delusions, and impaired judgment stemming from feelings of invincibility.
