Its not due to be in cinemas until late November but already the marketing machine for the launch of epic movie 2012 is gearing up.

Originally the film was due for completion for USA national holiday, July 4th, as was the case with Emmerich's earlier film Independence Day. But instead it looks like it will now be scheduled to coincide with the Thanksgiving period.
